Nemdhari LLC works with a small number of families, on purpose, and most of them were introduced by someone we already look after. We would rather have one long conversation than a quick pitch, so a first meeting usually runs an hour and covers three things: what you hold now, what you are permitted to hold, and what you want the money to do for you.
If someone we look after suggested you get in touch, mention their name when you write. If you found us another way, that is fine too.

Existing clients should use Setu, the client area, where messages and documents stay
attached to your household record.
If your employer restricts what you may own
Tell us at the first conversation. Audit firms, banks and asset managers each publish their own restricted list and pre-clearance process, and the portfolio has to be built around it rather than corrected afterwards. We hold the list, check every proposed trade against it, and file the pre-clearance evidence with the instruction.
What we will ask for
- A recent positions export from your broker. A CSV is enough, and it never leaves our systems.
- Your employer's current restricted list and pre-clearance rules, if they apply to you.
- Whether you draw an income from the portfolio, how much, and over what horizon.
- Anything you cannot sell, and why.
What we will not ask for
We do not ask for your broker login or password, and we never take custody of your assets. Your accounts stay in your name at your own custodian. On the managed service, trades are placed under a limited trading authority you sign; on advice only, every order is placed by you.
